Total working time is 45 hours a week.
• Regular working hours 08:00 – 18:00 (5 days x 9 hours)
• Labor shift work hours :I- 08:00 – 16:00
                                    II- 16:00 – 24:00
                                    III- 24:00 – 08:00 (6 days x 7,5 hours )

Vacation allowance policy
• 1 to 5 years - 18 work days
• 6 to 14 years - 22 work days
• Over 15 years - 26 work days

Job performance evaluation:
Performance management system is applied in order to integrate corporate objectives with the employee’s personal goals, directing employees accordingly and rewarding accomplishments in this regard. White collar personnel have mid-term evaluation in the first six months and final evaluation at the end of the year. These job performance evaluations are conducted based upon employee’s work quality and adherence to corporate objectives.

In our company remuneration principles are based on job performance evaluation systems. Starting from beginning of the annual year, remuneration is adjusted by job performance evaluation system and inflation rate. Remuneration is executed in accordance with 16 salary per year.

Social Benefits and Aids:
Personnel buses are in service for transportation of all employees to the work place. Meal services are provided in the company cafeteria and meals prepared in hygienic conditions. Also social aids distributed for heating cost, education, vacation, holidays, childbirth, decease, marriage, military service, hygiene products for the employees.

Courses and educational programs are set up, which are addressing the needs for professional evolution and expertise of employees. Efficiency and benefits of those programs are also measured and evaluated. Orientation programs are arranged for new employees, providing them a swift adaptation time to the workplace.

Social Activities:
In the context of social activities for employees, bowling tournaments are arranged twice a year and dining organization is also arranged at company level annually.
